I bought these as Christmas gifts and we love them! One of my sisters and I talked about them today. We love the flat end because it makes it easier to scrape the bottom of the pan or to scrape from the bowl to a baking dish. Might be ordering more.
Good product. Strong enough to scrape pan. Safe enough not to scratch any material. Initially holding up well.
The ends are very flexible and at first I thought I wouldn't like them much, but they are FABULOUS on nonstick. They can flip, stir, and sauté while cooking, and they squeegee all the food and sauce out of the pan when transferring to a serving dish. It's more a spatula than a spoon, but much more functional than a typical spatula.
