Love this food mill! Very sturdy & well made. Used it several times on roasted garden tomatoes to make sauce. Works very smoothly, easy to clean. We had 2 others before this one (one rusted & one broke) which were not nearly the good quality of this one. Highly recommend this food mill!
I love this food mill. I bought initially to make 100 Pierogi’s. I’ve used it for several other things too. Easy to clean, I put in the dishwasher except the little black rubber thingy. Works well, easy.
Worked Great! Smoothest Mashed Potatoes ever. Only problem was my arm after milling 10 lbs. of potatoes.
Wore this this out on Thanksgiving. 10# mashed potatoes ground down in about 20 min. Easy to break down and xlean. Fantastic product. Professional quality. I love the multiple size grates. So glad I bought this! Type of product that lasts for years!
This food mill does exactly what it's supposed to do. It makes beautiful smooth tomato sauce and keeps all the skins and seeds out. I only gave it 4 stars as it gets pretty tedious if you're making a large batch. Still love it and can be used for many other things using the different size discs. It's made well and I would definitely recommend it.
We had an old aluminum mill, and this thing is 100x better. Metal and construction are high quality. IT is easy to use, and clean. Works wonderfully. The plates are easy to change out, and it runs fluidly. We use it and the large hole plate for processing chokecherries for jam and syrup.
This stainless-steel food mill helped me puree 8 pounds of cored, chopped, cooked tomatoes plus finely chopped garlic and onions for a Moroccan tomato sauce recipe that I wanted to can. Not one seed or peeling got through, using the ultrafine disc. It was easy to put together because the instructions were clear. It was also easy to clean. I am very satisfied with this product.
