IF YOU BAKE BREAD AND USE YOUR KITCHENAID: BUY TEN OF THESE!!!
I don't usually scream in people's faces about products that I review but I'm screaming at you...so listen, and go buy this.If you have ever tried to knead bread in your stand mixer, you probably are familiar with having to hire a team of Clydesdales to pull the bowl off of the stand afterwards in order to get it washed. This eliminates that headache.Additionally, it is SO MUCH EASIER to pull this little skin off of the bowl and toss it into the dishwasher than to have to pull the bowl off and wash it. I'm a fan of the easy button.But that's not even the best part! It comes with a lid, so if you mix up a batter or dough that needs to rest or proof, you just pop it out, put the lid on and you've got yourself a perfect storage container for doing so.I washed this in the dishwasher immediately upon receiving it, no changes to the product after it was finished at all.It comes in several cute colors so if you want to match things up with your kitchen decor, you have options.I just cannot say enough good things about this product and I wish I had found this years earlier!!

This is great to keep the bowl clean and to be able to store extra dough or anything in the refrigerator with a lid. We usually chill our cookie dough before rolling out so this works so well to pop in the fridge and then use the still clean original bowl to make another batch. By the time that one is done it goes in the fridge and the other comes out to the cookie sheet. Voila!I was hesitant to get this because I have an original mixer from way back and its 4.5 quart but this fits my bowl. It's just taller. I haven't had problems mixing but just have to raise the beater to add ingredients which I did before anyway. LOVING IT!
