Good device, but with material's issue.

The device designed well, the grinding process is simple, but it takes some time to use it in the right way. The final result (grinding) is not bad at all. The biggest problem is with #3000 grinding disk (yellow color).The material of it is so soft and brittle, that you are removing material from the grinding disk itself and not grinding/polishing the knife. Other three disks are better quality, but longevity of the grinding disks are questionable.

I’ve tried a lot of knife sharpeners over the years, and this upgraded longer rolling knife sharpener kit is easily one of the best I’ve ever owned. The longer angle base makes a huge difference, especially when sharpening larger kitchen knives. It feels very stable and well-balanced during use, which gives me a lot more confidence compared to shorter or cheaper models.The rolling mechanism is super smooth, and the replaceable honing discs are a big plus. Switching between the 15°, 18°, 20°, and 22° angles is simple and intuitive, making it easy to get the perfect edge depending on the knife. The leather strop is an excellent finishing touch and really helps bring the blade to a razor-sharp polish. Overall, this kit feels premium, well thought out, and absolutely worth the money.
