I got this for a small apartment with limited counter top and storage space. It's perfect for the small sink. I like the snap on plate holder and that it's removable to have the rack for other uses. Easy to set up and use. Easy to clean in a dishwasher. With the roll-up feature, it stores good in limited space. A nice, versatile rack.
We gave this a try and love it. We also love having the small additional plastic rack - it gives us options. We usually have the small plastic rack on a large microfiber mat, while the unrolled rack is over half our single-sink opening. Other times we unroll the rock over the microfiber mat on one side of the mat with the small plastic slotted rack on the other half of the mat. We like the versatility and lack of clutter. We used to have one of those large plastic racks, and we didn't want that after our kitchen re-do. There are only two of us, so this might not work with a larger family, but it's perfect for us. We always hand wish our salad spinner and all pots and pans, and using this roll-out rack and added small plastic rack work well. The small plastic rack holds (upright) our largest sized stainless steel lid with no issues. I prefer using a microfiber mat underneath since it dries more easily and quickly, and I wash it on a regular basis. The silicone mat underneath is nice, but it takes forever to dry, so I have to wait longer to put that away. The combination of the roll-up dish drying rack, additional small plastic dish rack with a microfiber mat works for us. Probably having the silicone mat under the microfiber mat would be a good combination as well.
This works perfectly in our RV for drying dishes without taking up a lot of space. It rolls up and is easy to stash in a cabinet.
Great for making a temporary surface over the sink when cooking, such as placing hot pans. I wouldn't try to put a dutch oven on it though! The plate holder, on the over hand, is practically useless for holding deeper dishes. I ended up placing my old dish holder on top of the rack which kind of defeats the purpose of the rack. Still, it is a keeper.
I’m really happy with this dish drying rack. The design is modern and minimal, and it looks great the dish drying stone (sold separately).
This dish rack is amazing and perfect for a few dishes and silverware without taking up counter space. The dish rack is good quality and sturdy. You unroll it, put the rubber sides on the counter and put the plastic dish/silverware tray on and you’re all set. The plastic tray is good for several pieces on silverware and plates though bowls are best resting on the metal part. When you’re done using it, it rolls up for easy storage. This is what you need if you don’t want an eyesore on your counter.
Didnt fit our shaped plates and I feel even if it did we would only get a couple items on it. Idea is good just needs a bit of adjustment
