These little menu/table card holders are well-built and feel solid in the hand. The simple lines look clean and classy at the table. The steel is very shiny, but the holders are small enough that they don't overpower the rest of the table; they add just a little bit of flash in an understated way.I love that the holders come in two separate pieces--makes them easy to store in a small space, as the box they come in is a modest 4" x 4" x 4". That's for 16 holders!The menu in the photo is a full 8.5" x 11" sheet of card stock, and these small holders have no problem holding the menu firmly and not tipping over. The base of the holder is weighty enough for this.The only reason I'm not giving these cool little menu holders a full 5 stars is that they're nearly impossible to pry open enough to get the cardstock in there in the first place. I needed to wedge my very sturdy stainless steel back scratcher into the rings in order to hold them open enough to work the menu into the space. Too tight! But hey, at least the menu isn't going to slip out once you finally work it in there.These are worth the purchase--recommended.

Very Cute and Durable Card Holders
These are really sturdy and they have a nice sheen! They aren’t made cheaply-they aren’t thin, or easy to bend at all, like I expected. They’re a durable metal and the star on the top is bendable to the amount it needs to be to place cards: not so stiff you pinch your finger to fit the card and not so pliable that it warps the item to adjust for the card placement.They did come horribly packaged, though: not sure on whose part. The original box they were in was smushed and the item was poking out, but the bag they were delivered prevented any item loss.I use these for affirmation card displays at home. It would be nice if there was a tiered amount option (like getting just a few) because I have a lot in excess.These would be really cute for an event: they’re in much nicer shape than any card holders I’ve seen for name placements for parties.

Despite the accurate description, it's often hard to visualize how something will look in real life until you see it. I included a size comparison photo with this review.I love the size and sturdiness of this product Unlike the tall, obtrusive holders often used in restaurants, these are subtle and maintain a classy appearance. I chose the nickel black finish, and it truly adds an extra something.They are perfect for organizing meetings by directing participants to their designated groups or tables. Additionally, I can definitely see using them in a classroom setting to make student groups or have students name their groups and display the name using the holder. Students could have cards in red, yellow and green to let the teacher know how the group is doing or if they are needing help without being disruptive. Given their practicality and potential for multiple uses, I may need to purchase another set or two. Overall, I highly recommend the Urban Deco table card holders for anyone looking for a stylish and functional way to organize events or meetings or parties.
