Great non stick pan

This is a really sturdy pan that feels heavy to the hand. Great quality and well made. Purchased to make small Detroit deep dish pizza. The easy clean up and non stick quality is unparalleled and really stands out. It bakes well, quickly and evenly and can withstand 525 degrees easily. It does scar easily so either use silicone or plastic or be ready for the bottom to be dinged quite a bit. I’d imagine it would work just as well for cakes and casseroles. Great high quality purchase. Highly recommend!

Great pan! DO NOT put in dishwasher!!!

I love this brand of baking ware! They have never let me down, none of the non-stick coating has worn off in the many times I’ve baked with it. I was surprised to see evidence of others in the reviews having problems, until I realized they are putting their pans in the dishwasher. You can’t do that! If you want your pan to last just wash it by hand. It washes up so easily. Also, I would reserve this pan for baking, and not for roasting meat. I don’t think this is an appropriate roasting pan.

This is an excellent pan! I use it mostly for focaccia bread, and it is stellar at giving me an even bake, which is so important.
