Beautiful statement piece
I think this mug is adorable. It is such a unique and different gift idea, especially for a book lover. It is small and in the item description and photos it shows it at less than 3.5" in height. I feel like at this size it is more of a tea, espresso or just a little accent piece to be looked upon and not used in the traditional sense.The glass work is beautifully done; the painting could use a little work as mine does not look at all like the photos. There are several areas where the paint barely covers the glass BUT if it is truly a hand painted item then each will be different and each will have its own little idiosyncrasies, and it honestly does not bother me at all it just adds character.Due to the shape, it is a little odd to drink out of and feels off on my lips so I think I will stick to just using it as a statement piece. The handle is very small but still fits comfortably in my hand with only two fingers fitting. My daughter and I love to read, and I have actually been looking at mugs like this just as a cute nod to our small obsession. This one hit the mark, and I appreciate the colors and the uniqueness of the piece.With it being so small I feel the price is a little high, but again if it is in fact handmade and painted, I don't mind a slightly higher price tag. I have paid way more for a handmade clay mug at a craft show without complaint.Overall: unique, small, beautiful glass work

Cute but not big at all
So very small. Way smaller than I would have liked. It is really cute. Very durable and strong material. But it will either be overflowing or I would have to refill it. I tried mixing in my milk and sugar and it got messy. I took pics so you can see comparisons. The white mug is the smallest I own. It’s a kid mug from the dollar store. You can see it’s much shorter and the design makes it very narrow losing volume both ways. Very cute I get complimented on it but it’s not something I see as my favorite or go to mug.

Cute
I was fully prepared to get a lump of colorful glass and laugh at it. But I was pleasantly surprised when the mug arrived and did indeed look like the picture. It is very small, maybe a 5 oz cup, but I don't plan on drinking from it anyway. The colors are vibrant and pretty, the book spines have lines on them to mimic titles but they're just lines, not actually words. All in all, I'm quite happy with this as decoration for my bookshelf.

Cute and unique; great gift idea, but remember it holds less than a cup of liquid
This mug is so unique and a great gift for any book lover in your life (even if it’s you!). It’s sturdy feeling, so I don’t worry about it being too delicate, which is a great plus in my household with a large, happy Great Dane tail always threatening everything at table levels. But as much as I love the look of this mug, it is a bit of a downer that it only holds that 7 ounces, which for those like me who don’t tend to pay much attention to measures, is less than a cup of liquid. Also, due to the design with its square edges on a round cup, it can be a bit of a challenge to get truly completely clean. But you just have to pay attention and remember it’s not just a wipe and go kind of item. Nonetheless, I still love the look and the way it speaks to the personality of those of us who still love to crack open a physical book.
