The best and most beautiful dinnerware and bakeware I've owned

I have many Vancasso products and they are the best and their customer service is attentive and quick to resolve any problems. All these pieces are gorgeous, heavy, durable, easy to clean and they are all microwave, freezer, oven and dishwasher safe!I received 2 pie plates and 2 full-size lidded casserole dishes for my birthday in December from my children. For Christmas I was gifted 2 mini casserole dishes, 2 of these 24 piece sets, 12 matching mugs, 6 ramekins and 4 French soup/chili bowls. 76 pieces in total.2 of the cereal bowls and 1 salad bowl included in this set were broken upon opening. I contacted them a few days after Christmas and they resolved my problem and had replacement pieces sent out immediately, which made it here in tact. I would highly recommend them to anyone

This was probably the best surprise of any product I've ever bought off Amazon!This dinnerware is gorgeous! The glazing has this sort of gradient starburst pattern. Truly unique!I bought this for a wedding gift and I think I may order a set for myself!You will not be disappointed with this set! Nice weight, sturdy ceramic material. Easily stackable. Can be either dresses up, for Holiday gatherings or everyday casual dinning. Lovely color, almost a cross between a peacock and hunter green.

Expect broken pieces. Seller will not reship at their expense.

I love these. Unfortunately, Chinese people don't pack things well enough not to break in shipping as it is, much less with breakables like these. They just don't know how to ship breakables from half way across the world or they just won't spend the money to adequately package them. You'll see many reviews saying they arrived broken. I wouldn't mind so much if they'd just replace the broken plates, but since the seller is in China, there's no one in US to replace individual plates and pay the shipping to get them to you safely and timely. The seller expected ME to pay to replace the broken plates and/or accept a partial set (minus the broken pieces) and that's just wrong, especially at the prices they are charging. The plates themselves are nice. The edges are grayer for some reason on these round ones. They need more dark blue pigment at the edges. They're VERY WELL COATED--super thickly--so the ones that do arrive safely hold up well in the dishwasher. I love that there is a rim on the bottom. That rim makes these so easy to wield, even with my carpal tunnel and unsteadiness. Other than the grayer rims, these are gorgeous and stay that way. Unfortunately with the breakage and the seller unwilling to replace broken pieces, I don't recommend these. If they fix that issue, I would change my review, but they didn't seem receptive. Now I have an incomplete set I paid for that I'll have to donate. I gave this 4 stars because that's about the percentage of usable dishes you will receive.
