Good for onions
Bought when I was pregnant as the idea of chopping onions would make me ill. It works well for that. It works decently to chop up of their vegetables but I do feel that the plastic case might crack when cutting things like carrots. The only complaint I have is that it can be a pain to clean the grid blades well without cutting up your hands or scrub brush. With that being said, I’d still recommend it. We use it weekly.

Chopping plates won’t stay connected
I really like the idea of this product, and I have had ones in the past that work before. The clips that hold the actual blades that do the dicing onto the bottom of the chopper just are not tight enough. Almost every time I try to chop something, The sharp blade ends up staying connected to the presser-foot half on the top so I’m constantly having to open the chopper, pick the blade off of it and insert it back onto the bottom portion. When it does dice, it’s amazing. But it takes me about twice as long to dice anything because I’m constantly having to stop and adjust it. I love the idea of this, but I wish I had ordered a different brand that has a tighter clip set up to hold the blades safely in place.
