Time saver!
I love, love, love this thing. It saves me so much time and because I have problems with my hands, I normally cannot chop up fresh vegetables. It is simple to use, but I highly suggest watching the video that is provided on the Amazon site. The instruction booklet that comes with it is also very helpful. It took me a minute to figure out a couple of things before watching the video. The blades are easy to change and it is easy to take apart for cleaning. The blades are super sharp! I shredded cabbage with it and it works surprisingly well. When dicing a larger piece, I followed the video. You put a half onion or smaller, and tap up down a few times until the onion gives. Dicing a whole onion in one piece is next to impossible, but it in not intended to do that. The blades can be a little hard to clean, as the food sticks to them. For instance, in dicing onions, pieces will stick to the little squares, so I found washing it right away and using the little brush that is included for that purpose, works well, Not very hard really. I just love it.

By far the best dicing chopper that chops so beautiful that each bit is like a pearl bite. I make mix salads and people can’t even hate the vegetable because it’s so beautifully cut and u tend to eat beetroot and turnip like eating any other vegetable 🥕 must buy the blade is sharp and true to quality.

Worth it for dicing, not for mandoline
2 things. I wanted something to replace my mandoline, as well as save me time dicing fruits and veggies. And I chose this one because it's stainless steel. However, the mandoline portion is mainly plastic and will only make extreeeeeeemely thin slices, about 1/8" using the thickest setting. So it's useless for me and I still have to use my old mandoline. I've only been using the dicing plates, which it does a fantastic job with. But I broke the small dice blades today on some frozen garlic (yes, I knew better but I did it anyway), after using it daily for over 2 months. I am going to purchase a replacement 7mm dice blade because it's still worth it to me. Yes, it takes some effort to clean the dicing blades but it still saves a ton of time and effort versus doing it manually with a knife. I make a lot of things that require 1-2 large onions, diced. This gadget means I only spend 1-2 minutes rather than 10 or more minutes with my eyes streaming. I also do a lot of diced potatoes, shallots, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, pears, etc. This saves me anywhere between 10-50 minutes everyday in prep work. I'll take that any day.

Chops easily
Very easy for chopping, don’t feel afraid of it cracking like the plastic one we broke. Mostly chop potatoes and onions. Cleans easily. My husbands new favorite tool—-he does breakfast on Sundays.

I did give this product 3 stars, but now it's only 1 star because it didn't even last a year. The chopper looks good at first but then the screws keeps on getting loose, so when I have to chop extra vegetables, I have to keep on making sure the screws don't come off from the press mechanism. After a few months of use now I couldn't even chop bell peppers because the handle is bent and it does not push all the way down to chop the vegetables. The product idea is very good, but the material used is of very low quality.
