Great Skillet!
I have used this pan several times since getting it, and all I can say is this is quite literally the best pan I have personally ever used. The non-stick surface is incredible. It is almost self cleaning....I mean, a little water and it looks like it wasn't even used.The only issue, which is not the fault of the manufacturer, was that is got a little dinged up in shipping "but" it is very minor and doesn't effect the pan's performance at all.I will be definutely be purchasing more of this brand in the very near future.

Finally a large non stick 2 handled pan with see through glass lid, that can hold a full length fish or steak or pork/beef roast or ribs. And because there is no long handle, easy to store. I purchased this large sturdy pan as a birthday gift for my husband, who loves to make Paella. The lid keeps the dish hot and this non-stick pan can also place in the oven. Also, this beautiful 2 handled pan, placed hot on a trivet, is great for a lovely lunch or dinner presentation to the table. Lots or ooos and aaas, given by dinner our guests.

The issue is the craftsmanship of the product, I don’t want to keep it if it’s faulty, and I sure done want to purchase another product, when this issue isn’t resolved.Sorry, I can’t give you a higher rating. All things considered, the rating should be ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and a half.At first I was afraid and then I sautéed. This pan has been a solid and my go to pan for almost every cook. Its ample space allows me to fry and cook without crowding. The non-stick is nice, but not totally non-stick. You are still able to get the little bits like a stainless pan which is great for sauces.I’ve had this pan since sept 2024. Recently I have noticed it heating unevenly and the oil pooling around the edges. When I took a closer look at the pan it developed a convex in the middle of the pan.I reached out to customer service, and I am awaiting an answer. I will update my post with findings, good or bad!The pan is still useable but being I cook on induction, it is imperative the pan is flat to heat and cook evenly.Added a video and picture. Hard to take a picture with so many patterns going on.

Defective? Bowed in the middle.
Bowed in the middle so it spun on the stove. So it only cooked in the center. Bummed.... I was excited as I have been looking for a pan with the two short handles. They are much easier to handle when your hands don't have a lot of strength any more.
