I was looking for another pan and I'm so happy I bought this! Right out of the box, you do have to install a handle for the pan and a knob on the cover but it's pretty simple. The pan is pretty deep for frying and prevents splashes. There are some spouts on the sides to pour out liquids, which is very convenient. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick and cooking/heating seems very uniform throughout. I've used all kinds of tools and materials on the pan already and nothing has made even a scratch on it. There's also an silicone indicator to let you know when the pan is hot enough (turns white).

Great sauté and all purpose pan. Love the design.
Great sauteed pan for our family of two, perfect size at 12". In the morning, we can cook sausages and eggs all at the same pan. It's easy to clean and we didn't use too much oil as the pan is ceramic nonstick pan. The material looks different than anything we had before, it's a little lighter than the traditional cast iron or stainless steel, which is so heavy, this pan is lighter (but heavier than the cheap nonstick pan that has toxic coatings) and looks very durable. I think for the value for money this is definitely a great purchase as it will last us a very long time. oh and the handles come off so make it easier to pack in the moving box. Highly recommend this product.

Perfect Great Quality!
I've used this and another Vinchef Pan/Skillet for several months and absolutely find them superior to all but my more expensive Hexclad skillet (I'd call it a tie) Vinchef uses what appears to be a very, very tiny stone-like textured non-stick coating that has not lost any of it's properties since I've had them. They are my "goto" skillets. They wipe clean easily with a dish cloth or a plastic scouring pad for burned on goodness. (-: The ones I use have an indicator where the handle joins the metal skillet. that turns from red to white to remind you the pans are still hot. You need to assemble the handle and indicator with a screwdriver that even a caveman can do. Love mine!

Excellent performance
I own 2 different sizes of this skillet. Love the bit of added depth to keep the cooktop cleaner. And the weight is lighter than expected, but it does not impact the excellent performance. But it sure makes handling it easier and safer. Cooks very well at lower flame heights than my other pans. Adding a bit of oil to season it, and when cooking, has kept mine completely stick free.

Beautiful lightweight pan
I LOVE this pan. It is huge!!! And it is so pretty and very lightweight. Make sure u follow directions to 'season" the pan before use. I've cooked a few things in it already and my son who somehow cooks eggs and gets them stuck on every NON STICK surface he managed with this pan WITHOUT getting the eggs stuck 🤣🤣 I've tried and tried to show him but he just gets mad and throws the eggs away 🤣🤦♀️🤷♀️. Anyways he had no issues when he cooked eggs in this pan. And he eats eggs daily so that is great. It's a beautiful pan
