Our favorite serving tray!
We love this product for lots of reasons. First, the appearance is beautiful. From the wood grain to the simple but classy style. We use our tray as a decoration when it's not being used for serving. Second, the smell of the wood as you open the package. You know it's real wood and that it's made with quality. Third, it's our favorite tray for serving - the handles and ledge make it so we don't have to worry about dropping anything or it sliding off easily like we do with some of our other serving trays. All in all, it is (and probably always will be) our favorite serving tray.

Well built with REAL WOOD!!! Very nice fit and finish on this tray which I bought as a gift for my wife. I would definitely recommend it, and would definitely look at other products made by this company! Very nice tray... plain and simple but beautifully built! I would buy again!

rough finish on bottom
Overall a nice tray. I especially like the fact that it was made in USA. I was a bit disappointed that the bottom surface of the tray had some rough spots that could have used more sanding. The spots were rough enough to start to pulling lint from a paper towel or cloth used to wipe it. Surprisingly, the outside bottom surface was completely smooth. I thought about returning it to see if another one had the same problem, but decided it wasn't worth the effort.

The Built to Last description on the Amazon site indicates: each tray side is joined together with naturally interlocking dovetail joints, making it more heavy duty than mortis and tendon structures. That’s a huge part of the reason I purchased it. There’s no dovetail on any of these corners. It looks like it could be a hidden key dowel, but the vendor would have to verify. It’s also a reddish brown color which doesn’t really appeal to me. If the corners were dovetailed, I’d keep it. But sadly, I think I’m gonna send it back. Soooo disappointed….

2 years later and still beautiful
You get what you pay for. This is clearly made with quality material and is crafted to last. 2 years later and it is as good as new. I bought an Artmeer tray for 1/3 the price of this and it fell apart in 2 weeks. Spend the extra money and buy something that will last.Thank you Virginia Boys.

Cracked
This tray was beautiful and well built, apparently just not well built enough to handle the US postal Service. I had to return it due to a long crack down the side. I wish it hadn’t been cracked because I really did think it was beautiful. If it was in stock I would order it again.
