Finally found a safely made for usage warmer agajn afyer my orig
After wasting money on two glass topped beverage warmers bought that cause accidents as easy for mug to slide right off, when my old one with a knob, that I prefer for operation as these slippery glass topped models that are mostly available now, am SO glad to finally have this Voruga that has a safe indented round space to safely hold a cup, candle, or mug, and non-slippery materials ... Also happy that the digital buttons are positioned not on top, but on front bottom side because my others were way too easily hit as I reached back and forth to use! I may order another because the type described favorably are not easy to find amongst the many slidey I find to be dangerous glass topped models idk why they think is Safe to deal with! Great heating capacity with majority amount of hours choices up to 12 as well ... I like my coffee and tea to stay warm all day and this one does the perfect tricks for me in all preferred ways!

Seems To Work Well
In fairness, I purchased this as part of a gift exchange for another at work. Personally, I have no experience with this, but anecdotally, the recipient was pleased. She said she uses it for everything from soup/coffee/cocoa/tea, and said she even used it with a wax scent block in a small dish.

Effective with reservations
This mug and heater work well at keeping coffee or tea hot while drinking. On the pro side: the included flat-bottomed mug holds a generous amount of liquid and helps bring it to the desired temperature quickly. As stated in the instructions, I wouldn't heat cold coffee with it as it takes quite a while, perhaps 15 minutes or more. Temperature adjustment allows three clearly color-coded levels, changed by just touching the temperature control pad - very easy. I also like that the desktop footprint is small enough to not be a nuisance on a busy desk. As expected, the unit shuts off on its own when there is no cup or an empty cup on it for a whileOn the con side, the lowest temperature is not quite hot enough, the middle one is a bit too hot and the high is (to my perception) close to scalding. The maker should adjust the temps. Because of that, I usually start a cup on high and move it to medium after a few minutes and then to low as the amount of coffee left gets toward the bottom. I don't mind jockeying it, but it's something users might want to be aware of. Finally, the steel cup has a light, cheap feel to it which I also don't mind given how functional it is, but buyers should not expect a heavy solid-feeling mug.

Best warmer ever
The is a really good product, I have purchased 3 I use 2 for wickless candles and the other in my desk. I was tired of running back and forth warming tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Now it’s kind of fix it and forget it, but know it’s still warm. I love it.
