Best blender I ever used, powerful, quiet, & easy to clean
Best blender I’ve ever used! Was worried before due to this product having no reviews but it performs even better than I hoped (makes really smooth smoothies) with the low noise level I was hoping for -70db or lower, which is SO much better than the Black & Decker and Ninja blenders I had before. I never had The Quiet One blender by Vitamix (although I have had lower end Bitamix blenders) but I estimate that this blender performs about the same for a lot less money at $200 vs. $1,200, $1,500 + for the pricier Vitamix or Blendtech models. Is powerfully enough to smoothly blend my kale, broccoli, carrot, etc. smoothie ingredients with ice within 20 seconds or so, I was amazed at the smooth consistency it produced. Cleaning is easy too, just rinse, blend water and drop or two dish soap and blend for 10 seconds, rinse again and you are done. So easy, wish I had this years ago!

Make sure the rubber mat under the pitcher is properly seated.
When I received the first unit it did not power on at all. I hate the reset button the bottom did all the things that Amazon said to do to make sure blender was functional. Nothing worked. So, I ordered a replacement.Got the replacement and it only worked if I held down forcefully on the blender pitcher. I then noticed that one quarter of the rubber bat underneath the pitcher wasn’t seated properly. Once I made sure it was flush the unit worked perfectly. I suspect that is the same problem that the first unit at.they need to include instructions in the box to verify that that rubber mat is properly seated so that they unit will work.

Not a good blender
They shipped me a defective item, not working at all when I didn’t even get to use it. The seller didn’t want to refund when they received back the item already. Dont buy not worth it, The blender is weak. I bought twice, first time i thought it was okay but second time blender sent to me was defective.

Best blender ever!! Life changer
This blender has brought so much joy to our home. Getting a commercial blender is genius, it has so many features like “soup mode” and it’s soo quiet! It’s so easy to use and clean and is just a beast at blending perfectly everytime. I was worried it might be too big but it’s actually perfect for our family of four for everyday use or meal preps and baking! I swear it’s the best part of my kids day and has made our lives better.
