I was really surprised at the quality and finish of this cutting board! The board appears to be constructedof layered bamboo that adds to the weight and stability. It is quite heavy for the .800 thickness and the joineryfits tightly A definite great bargain at 26.00 Prime Week special. I'm going to order one for my girl friend. I ordered a 22x30 and I'm going to order a 24x36 to to fit her island!

I bought this for my wife to replace plastic cutting boards that we had been using. This cutting board has done that as the wood looks nice, is easy to clean, and I believe it is good for the price I paid for it. I did get it on sale. Since it is a hard wood cutting boards it I heavier than a plastic cutting board but I think it will last longer than some others that are being sold.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but these walnut cutting boards were such an unbelievable disappointment that I feel obligated to warn others. The boards I received look nothing like the “premium walnut” advertised. Within a very short time, the material started tearing apart — not just surface scratches, but deep, splintering cuts that no high‑quality hardwood should ever show. It’s as if the wood fibers are separating on their own.For the price I paid, I expected something durable, solid, and well‑crafted. Instead, I got something that feels cheap, brittle, and absolutely not worth the cost. The quality is so poor that I genuinely question whether these are even walnut.I reached out to the seller for support and received zero response. Out of curiosity, I checked their website and found a buried disclaimer saying they can “change the material at any time.” That tells you everything you need to know.I spent good money expecting a long‑lasting, high‑quality product. What I got was the opposite. Save yourself the frustration — look elsewhere.
Perfect board for large charcuterie/entertaining and it fits on top of my stove for additional serving space.
Ordered as a gift, and while I can’t attest to the quality just yet, I did notice that while the outer box packaging denotes it being American black walnut wood, the label on the internal packaging does not match the product advertising photos. The plastic packaging of the board was a bit torn and I did note several small gouges on the top part of the board (I tried my best to get one photo through the plastic, but it’s difficult to see unless unwrapped). I know no board is perfect but I’m glad I purchased this during the Black Friday sales at least. I’ll try to update should the board pose any future quality issues.Update: Unfortunately, I do believe the inner packaging of the product to be correct and that the item is being inaccurately advertised as American Black Walnut wood as it appears to be too soft and scratches easily. Bear that in mind, should you still choose to purchase as the item can be quite expensive when not on sale.
