    Works but travel bag is cheap

    Just received and used it for a potluck. It worked great at keeping the food warm. Not impressed with the travel bag it comes with. Could not be made any cheaper. It ripped trying to put the mat back in. The fabric of the travel bag clashes with the silicone type material and won't slide back in without a fight...and some rips,pure garbage.

    Keeps food warm, yes!

    It is easy to use, and rolls up quite compact when not in use. For extra insurance, I never place this directly on my countertop. I measured the temperature underneath, and it does get QUITE hot on the underside. Therefore, I always place my warming mat on top of a scrap wooden shelf (as opposed to directly on my granite counter top)
