Dump your dangerous and bulky chafing dishes!
I was wary of how this might work. We host a lot of gatherings and usually use chafing dishes and sternos, etc the whole set up. Never again! No more big bulky set ups on my counters! These mats are sleek, MUCH safer and keep food very hot. The temp control is spot on. I haven’t tried the defrosting function yet but I bet it’s just as good! Highly recommend!
