Outstanding kitchen tool I purchased so I could make Mini NYC cheese cakes they are perfect. It is enough for 12 Total pieces, which gives almost everybody a decent bite without the 800-1200 calorie. Works perfect and can be used on many baking recipes

Perfect for baking. I tried to use with egg and it does NOT seal on the bottom so it leaked out. Food quality. Survived the dishwasher too!
Great for mini cheesecake!! Even shape, smooth release and very sturdy quality!! The size fits a little less than the palm of my hand!
The pans are very cute. The issue is that there are gaps between the bottom and sides when you close it. They are very small and would work well for a personal cake. You would need to put parchment paper down and along the sides for it to work.
I was a bit skeptical due to a few reviews that stated the pans leaked with a water test. They do indeed leak with water but not with batter. I found greasing and flouring the entire pan prior to baking allowed for easy removal. They cooked evenly. Cleaning them is a bit challenging . I used a toothbrush to get in all the crevices which worked fine.
