Really nice lunch plates
These blue, melamine plates have a very slick surface, which is what I wanted so spaghetti sauce & greasy foods would hand wash easily. They are in our camper. I should have paid closer attention to its size because 8" diameter plates for spaghetti is too narrow. Plus, being only 1/2" deep doesn't corral the sauce very easily. They do make great lunch sandwich plates. I do recommend them, but not for sloppy foods. They also have small, subtle speckles within the blue pigment. They do slip in my bare, soapy hands when I'm washing them, so I need to pay closer attention to that.

Very useful plates
These are great! Lightweight, stackable, dishwasher safe, not breakable with normal use. We use them for lunch, snacks, small dinners, eating by the TV. The bottoms are a rubberized material so they don’t slide on the table or a tray, and it insulates them so no placemat needed under hot food.

These bowls are a good size and hold just the right amount of food for portion control or for children. They are light weight and can handle falls from the table or counter. They could also be used outdoors for BBQs or picnics. The bowls also stack nicely together and are easy to wash. I really like the look of them with the dark grey bottoms and their overall shape. I really wish they were microwavable but due to them being melamine, they aren't. Aside from that, they're pretty good bowls.
