Well made, strong, good looking cabinet drawer shelves!

I absolutely love these! I was trying to choose between the adjustable plastic or metal ones and am so happy I chose these wood ones! I am trying to make the very most of my tiny space and knew I would be loading these down. One drawer hold ALL my pots and pans, another holds service for 8, along with additional serving bowls and ramekins. Another holds kitchen appliances and a dutch oven. The glides are super smooth and they look fantastic! Good directions made it easy to install!Tip, I attached my liner prior to the bottom, prior to connecting the sides. It was much easier than doing it afterward!These are sturdy, look great, are smooth to operate and are soft close as well! Feels like pure luxury!!

The drawer, and soft close hinges are very well made. They are good quality and sturdy for the price. The drawer comes in separate pieces for shipping purposes and must be assembled. The directions to put the drawer itself together are just ok – but if you lay the pieces out, it is fairly straight forward. Once the drawer is assembled, it must be installed in the cabinet. This is where an installation template would be extremely useful. The installation process consists of mounting the slow close guide rails (track) on a thin piece of nicely finished wood (let’s call this part W) supplied to mount the slow close guide rails. The wood is predrilled and there are two separate pieces – one for the right and one for the left side. These guide rails are then secured with screws to part W and the shelf. My drawer was mounted on the middle shelf in the cabinet so I removed the shelf to assemble the track on the shelf. My cabinet was the exact size listed in the mounting guidelines so this should have been a breeze. However, there were mounting anchors that secured the shelf in place which account for ¼ inch of space on each side. This would have caused the tracks to be spaced a total of ½ inch too close together and not line up correctly with the cut outs for the track guides in the bottom of the drawer. That required redrilling part W to change the spacing between the tracks so the drawer guides would fit correctly. Because you are mounting the left and right tracks to the shelf independently a mounting template would have greatly aided the process. If they don’t line up perfectly with the guides in the bottom of the drawer, the drawer will not mount or close smoothly. Drawer quality and hardware = 5 stars. Poor instructions and lack of a mounting template make installation much more time consuming and difficult than it needs to be. I’d buy this again because of the quality of the drawer and hardware given its price, but strongly suggest that the manufacturer include a template (or make my own template) to simplify the installation.

Awesome product at an awesome price!

These pull outs turned two ordinary pantry cabinets into useful storage. I added 5 to each pantry cabinet to provide one cabinet for hubbies hand tools and one for my office supplies. The price was half as much as what the cabinetry manufacturer wanted for them. So far, they seem to be great quality as they are holding quite a bit of weight/tools and slide easily. They make finding all items very easy to find. This is one of the best purchases I've made for our huge remodel project.

Be careful, you don't get an assembled drawer

Imagine my surprise to open a box full of pieces of wood. I had no idea this required assembly and I went back and looked through all of the information about the product and still don't see where it says it requires assembly. Yes I knew I had to install it and expected parts to do that but not pieces of wood in a box.
