Love these things. They seem good quality (time will tell). Very sharp. So far I love using them. So use to have to put effort in to cut things, these things cut effortlessly. Scissors that are actually sharp and cut things open the way they should and not tear and rip the bags. By far the best set of kitchen knives I've ever owned.

These knives are incredibly sharp. I sliced through chicken bones with practically zero effort. Ive only hand washed these as for the price im not risking ruining them in the dishwasher. While hand washing i unknowingly sliced chunks of my sponge off so be careful!!!!!
