Very good quality knife. I have been a butcher for the past 45 years and I use this knife daily. It holds an edge well, I actually put it to a stone for the first time today after using it for three months and only using a steel.
I used to cut meat for a living, and this knife does very well for the price. I have 5 of them.

Not much else I would ask for. I used this blade to process 6 deer and it held up great. Occasional honing but stayed sharp longer than most blades I've used
Really sharp and semi flexible. They really shouldn't sell this without a sheath.
