This is a very well made pan..heavy duty and I use it to brown my butter for baking,frying eggs, etc. The handle feels snug and comfortable in my hand. Cleans up like a dream..Excellent value for my money and I highly recommend this hardworking fry pan.
I know this might sound picky, but I don't think the Winco label needs to be glued to the pan. I use stainless cookware a lot. I shouldn't have to spend a half hour getting the label's adhesive off without damaging the pan! Otherwise it's a good pan.
No issues with this pan
Great price, just a simple little stainless steel skillet. Great for eggs and smaller amounts. It has a little weight to it, the bottom is ridged and flat. Has a hanger hole in the handle. Aluminum core heats up quickly and holds temp. Got this for a hot plate the larger skillet didn't fit very well. Stainless is the best, it heats up quickly and cleans easily with hot soapy water. Use wood or silicone utensils to keep from scratching; however, this is not a Non-Stick surface.
The weight is perfect. I am used to cooking with all stainless, so the ease of cleaning was natural for me. The first few eggs I cooked in them (and what I bought the pan for), were great. Works well for a quick couple of morning eggs and, I'm sure, small amounts of veggies and protein that need a simple sauté. I'd recommend it.
2 scrambled eggs on 212° heat with olive oil burned this pan, left most of the food stuck, and unresponsive to sudsy water soaking. Highly annoyed but replaced these with ceramic coated Redchef pans which are high quality for just 1/3 more money than I wasted on these.
Good size, excellent value good quality nice addition to my collection. Nice heft and easy to use and clean.
