Super sized pot
I ordered the 40 quart version. The price was right compared to my local restaurant supply store and arrived in perfect shape. The pot is thick walled, handles look to be solid, and the pot built up a nice oxide layer after an initial test boil. So far, it has worked for home brewing, making scrapple, and brining turkeys. It also makes a good food grade bucket while doing butcher work.Let the buyer be warned, any pot over 12 quarts is going to be the largest item in the average home kitchen and the 20-40 quart models are comically large. The 40 quart will boil a full 9-10 gallons of water on a generic oven stove-top, if given a tight fitting lid and a few hours time. It will also take up two burners, over half the top surface, and be hazardous to move while hot. The pot does its job well, just know what you are getting into. I use the 10 gallon pot for home brewing and it's worked so well for performing full boils on 5 gallon batches. I use this on a propane stove and it fits perfectly, although, if you're making bigger batches and doing full boils, this may not be big enough.I boil down 6.5-7 gallons for a 5 gallon batch, and boil overs are still a very real possibility if you don't watch the hot break before boiling and immediately after hop additions, but it's easy to clean.Don't let anyone tell you that aluminum is not good or safe for home brewing. It is perfectly fine! It's just recommended that you boil water in the pot before brewing so you can build up the oxide layer and don't scrub hard when cleaning, as it can remove that protective layer. I've not had any batches ruined by metallic off flavors and scrub and spray this thing down after each use.It conducts heat very well so it boils and cools quickly. I don't have a measurement, but the thickness of the pot was surprising for the price. It's very sturdy and won't wobble or flex on you.The only downsides are the handles, which are riveted and will become very hot after a short duration of the flame coming on. Be careful when trying to move this after the the burner has been ignited! Also, the lid is sold separately, and I highly recommend getting it if you're brewing outside.All in all a fantastic value for the budget conscious home brewer!

Built Like a Tank!
This thing is SOLID, I was very impressed with the thickness of the aluminum. Even when full the handles are sturdy with no flex in this pot whatsoever. Heats VERY fast and is efficient, important if you're using this with an outdoor propane burner. It is wide in diameter and heavy, so this isn't a pot you can move around by yourself, at least not when it's still hot and full of stuff.I've used the pot for making chili, stock, rice, pasta sauce, and even deep frying chickens and turkey. If you want to do all your cooking in one pot, this is it. The thick bottom has great heat distribution so you can saute vegetables or brown meat right in the pot, then add the liquids to make whatever you want. Deep frying is also great, you can fit 4 or 5 chickens quite easily. A pot this size is versatile and the things you can do with it are endless.If you're used to cooking with typical department store stockpots than this will seem gigantic. This pot is NOT suitable for use on an average home stove. It is best used on larger gas ranges or even better outside on a propane burner. For those wondering if this pot is too big for your particular use, well here's a tip. Always, always, always go to the next size up than what you think you need. Anyone who has bought a TV knows that once you get it home and use it a few times you wish you bought the bigger one! Same goes for cookware, I have since bought the 120 quart as well!

Great product, after you get the sticker off…
A great product for its intended use, this is our second one. However, the sticker is a ROYAL PAIN to remove. If you choose to put that big of a sticker on a product that already comes in a labeled box, give your customers a little love and don’t make them pick it all off with fingernails and goo gone. Not the initial happy customer vibe I think you are going for!

Item looked great , watched video it shows only one item to peel white off and stick. My problem the letters would not stay on to the clear backing . Took time to peel off slowly had to pull each and every number in order to stay on clear backing. Edges get all wrinkled and letters get uneven not really satisfied how item separated. Video shows one simple piece not multiple lines, definitely a difference and edges are stretched.

This is for LARGE BATCH ITEMS. I purchased as a spaghetti dinner pot ( I paid under $25.00)It's great for Holidays, BBQs, and many are using it as a HOME Brew POT. Or a monster size OF CHILLI. It's not pretty, and will discolor, unless you clean after every use with bar keepers friend, which I STRONGLY suggest. It's not pretty, but it's highly functional.
