Just received today. Hooray, it fits perfectly!! Hits bottom of bowl perfectly. Love it!I can toss my KA aluminum one which I have not been using because of discoloration- black streaks getting into whipped cream, etc.This stainless steel one is beautiful, high quality.Way better than the aluminum one that came with mixer. Stainless Steel Upgrade

So far so good. Was very happy to have a completely stainless steel option for my stand mixer as the one that comes with the Kitchenaid tests positive for lead in the cast aluminum upper component. There is no place for lead in my kitchen. Has worked well so far.
