Great heat retention, I used it for stir frys and it hold up well with tossing. It’s still early on in use but so far I’m happy with it. Cleaning is easy with a little dish soap and soaking it in warm water for a few minutes. Comes right off for the crusty stuff. Takes patience with warming the pan before use.
This pan is amazing. Heat distributes all over, cooking is quick and easy. Be sure to cure the pan before use. Easy clean up. Love it!

I’ve gone through my fair share of saucepans, but this one is definitely staying in the front of my cabinet. I’ve been using it for a few days now for everything from morning oatmeal to evening pasta sauces.Performance & Heating:The first thing I noticed is the heating. Most nonstick pans have "hot spots," but the tri-ply stainless steel base on this one actually distributes the heat evenly. It operates efficiently even on lower heat settings.The Ceramic Coating:The ceramic coating is wonderful. Food just slides right out—I barely have to use any oil. The surface feels very durable; I’ve stuck to using wood or plastic utensils and haven't seen a single scratch yet.Other Highlights:* The Handle: It actually stays cool! I can move it around the stove without scrambling for a potholder.* Quality Workmanship: The pan has a good weight to it. You can feel the quality from the first time you pick it up.* Cleanup: It is incredibly easy to clean. Most of the time, I just rinse it with some warm soapy water and everything wipes right off. No scrubbing required.* Peace of Mind: It’s nice that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I am replacing all my older non-sticks with these ones. I can heat milk and make coffee or soups in these pans. I can also boil pasta or make pasta with oil and vegetables. These sauce pans are amazing as I don't have to worry on using only silicon spoons or spatula. I can use metal spoons also and I don't have to worry of damaging the pan.The handle is heavy and doesn't get hot even after cooking in the pan for more than 30 mins. The sauce pan is heavy bottom so no need to worry of good getting burnt or over cook. It spreads even heat with its special design heavy bottom.Over All, this is an amazing pan with great features and perfect size for single serve single portion cooking.
This 1.5 quart nonstick sauce pan from ROOMENA is a nice looking pan. It comes with a glass lid. It's a substantial sauce pan definitely not a lightweight piece.I like the tri-ply stainless steel with ceramic nonstick. It makes cooking easier with a lower heat too. The ceramic nonstick needs to be seasoned prior to use and then periodically after that for maintenance.This pan is dishwasher and oven safe up to 500°. And can be used on most cook tops and stoves.What I don't like is that the item description indicates safe for metal utensils but the enclosed information says not to use metal utensils. I'm waiting for a reply from ROOMENA as to whether or not it's safe to use metal on the ceramic nonstick surface.I also don't like that these pans don't stack for storing. I got 2 of these pans in different sizes. Usually by turning the lid upside down pans will stack. The lid doesn't even stay secure when turned upside down on the pan for storage. These do not. I have also seen pans that the lids can be propped by the handle to have a place to keep it and not be on the counter. This lid does not do this.This is a nice looking piece of cookware st a nice price. I wish I knew if it was safe for metal utensils.
I'm already impressed with this sauce pan. It has a good, solid feel to it, and so far has performed great. It shipped nicely packaged, in a plastic bag and cardboard inside a box. A card was included with some information about the warranty and caring for the pot. There is an etched design on the inside and underside of the pot, but the handle is smooth. I like that it has some personality. The lid has a nice handle, and a vent hole - the underside of the lid is flat. I don't know if that helps with cooking or not, but I'm thinking that it will help with drying after it is washed, so water won't collect in the rim (we'll see). The handle is super long, but I found out that it is necessary because it gets hot closer to the pot itself, so you need the length to be able to grab an unheated part. I'm terrible in the kitchen, so I tend to keep things simple when I cook. I boiled some macaroni as a trial, and is something I make often. The pot performed flawlessly. I'm not sure if it was because it was new or because of the engraved pattern, but none of the pasta stuck to the bottom while boiling, so I didn't have to stir as much. It heated up in about the same amount of time as my old ceramic cookware, but it definitely cleaned up better. The only thing I am not a fan of is the logo on the lid. I would prefer something a little more subtle and that doesn't block your view of the food inside.
