They're pretty good. Sturdy, but the wood isn't top notch. And when it comes right down to it, you buy olive wood because of how it looks, not because it works any better than anything else, and if it doesn't look great then it's not a great purchase. I got these to add to a set of similar utensils that I actually purchased in Greece, so maybe it's not a fair comparison. But they work as you'd expect and they look good after putting on some mineral oil. However, I'm not very likely to purchase this brand a second time.
