Well worth the price!
I cannot recommend this product enough. At first I was hesitant over the price, but when I saw how professional my mini cheesecakes appeared it was well worth it! I froze the entire pan and when I was ready to unmold I let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, and the cheesecakes released like a dream. I did spray the molds a bit before assembling the cheesecakes, but I'm not sure if this was necessary as the nonstick finish is very slick. The pan itself is very heavy duty and high quality; I imagine it will last a lifetime. The cups are roughly three inches in diameter and I expect it will make other treats such as brownies and mini-cakes exceptionally as well.

Quality and ease of use
If I could give 10 stars, I would! This pan is absolute quality! I had concerns about the cheesecakes sticking; however, I lightly sprayed the discs before filling and the cheesecakes literally slid out of the pan. I didn't even need a spatula. It's got a good weight, non-stick finish and great overall quality.

Heavy duty pan and double the amount
Love this twelve cavity 3" small cheesecake pan, it's very heavy duty pan on par with a name brand 3" cheesecake pan that only makes six at a time. I call this small versus mini cheesecake pan since the 2" sized version I consider mini cheesecakes. The height is 2" and base of each cavity is just under 3" so about perfect for round pineapple discs for pineapple upside down muffins. Most muffin and small cheesecake pans don't give the base dimension and only upper, so returned many a extra large or Texas muffin pan due to the base sloped inward and an inch to inch and half smaller than the muffin top dimension.I lightly brush butter or pam spray each cavity, but have missed a few spots and haven't had issues with the nonstick or the food easily washed off the sides.I hand wash the pan and dry so no chance of rust, made the mistake of leaving the name brand six cavity pan to air dry and started seeing small areas of rust. The pan cavities and inner circular discs I wash with a handled round dish brush since they can be sharp, one at a time. It can take extra time to wash pan and discs, I don't like small cheesecakes in liners. This is a large pan, well made and heavy duty, perfect for small cheesecakes or my favorite, small pineapple upside down muffins. I purchased two pans so far and would purchase more if needed.

They make even basic brownies seem special
I bought this pan a while ago and have used it several times. It is perfect. 🤩 I have made cheesecakes as well as Brownies. Each item released beautifully and the pan was a breeze to clean.

Quality is Really Good
The quality is amazing and durable. They do not leak and they clean very well. I made 13 batches with only 2 pans and it went very smoothly. Would highly recommend. Just make sure to spray the pan a little before baking so that they slide right out.

Pricey but high quality - Glad I bought it
I bought two of these pans and just made a bunch of 3” pumpkin cheesecakes cakes - My 9 inch springform recipe made 21 3” pumpkin cheesecakes with graham cracker crusts. I really wanted to use a water bath so I put the wrenburys in large crock put/roaster bags and paced them in a roaster with water. Worked like a charm. As an FYI, I bought 3” cardboard cake boards and slipped them easily off the metal disks and onto the boards for serving on a dessert bufffet. I’ll review them separately in case someone is looking for a serving idea.

Great for mini cheesecakes
I like the pan. It is heavy and the nonstick works well. I have not had any issues with leaks. Be sure to towel dry ALWAYS, or it will begin to rust.
