Exactly as described. High quality steel with a very sharp edge. Perfect for my use, but make sure to note the blade length when ordering. This is not the "full size" length. But it's a great value for the $$
This is a beautiful knife that’s light enough to feel comfortable in the hand for lots of cutting. It’s super sharp and appears to be made of high quality materials. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
This knife is an absolute must "upgrade" for anyone coming from a big box store block knife set.I had picked up a block knife set (starts with a C), and it did me well for about 2 years. Having friends who are into knives, they verified these were good beginner knives and great for the kitchen. They were not wrong. This thing is amazing and will likely be the main knife I'm using in the kitchen going forward.Cheers
The knife doesn't have the same heft and iron steel balancing as my previous set of Wusthoff cutlery, but true to form it comes sharp as a razor in the packaging. It seems this particular item is more stainless than iron, but that means it will not rust. I cut through some wings where I separate the tips from the flats and drum sections. It handled that task with aplomb. I like it, just like a little more heft to my knives.
Nice knife, great weight, very sharp and easy to slice roasts or meat’s. Also easy to chop up vegetables. Would buy again!!
This knife is perfect for my hand. It does everything I need it to do. It is not huge but is as effective as a larger knife. This is a sharp knife.
Knife is a good chef knife but I wouldn't use it for everything. Like I said it's super sharp I almost cut my finger off. Handle with care. I would just like to upgrade the handle to more of a hand grip.
