Great to have 3 boards in a busy kitchen!
This bamboo cutting board set has been incredibly useful in our kitchen. The boards are thick and sturdy, which gives them great stability while cutting. The deep juice grooves really do their job and help prevent liquids from running off the board and onto the counter, especially when slicing meats or juicy produce.The bamboo surface feels much easier on knives compared to steel or harder surfaces. Cutting on steel always felt awkward to me and did not seem good for the blades. These boards feel more natural and forgiving while still being durable.The set of three sizes turned out to be one of the best features. We used the large board as the main all-purpose prep board. The smallest board worked perfectly as a charcuterie board for cold cuts, cheeses, and crackers. The medium board was ideal when more than one person was cooking at the same time, allowing us to work simultaneously without waiting for each other to finish.They also look great for serving. The natural bamboo finish makes them suitable for both food prep and presentation. Cleanup is easy with mild soap and water and the boards dry well after washing.They do have a bit of weight to them, which might feel slightly heavy for some older users, but that weight also speaks to how solid and durable they are. This feels like a quality build that is meant to last. Like most bamboo boards, they will need occasional oiling or conditioning, which is expected and easy to maintain.This is a very functional and well thought out cutting board set that just works well for everyday cooking, entertaining, and shared kitchen prep. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention this amazing feature... both sides of these boards have the juice groove channels and side edge cutouts to help hold as a serving tray/platter! Microplastic-Free and Knife-Friendly
It’s been a while since I’ve had wooden cutting boards. Funny how the advice keeps changing—wood harbors bacteria, so use plastic. Then plastic sheds microplastics, so go back to wood. Metal dulls blades. Titanium cutting board? Tried it. Didn’t love it.So when these bamboo boards came up, I jumped on them. They come in three decent sizes. I do wish there was one size larger, but oh well. You’ll want to grab some food-grade mineral oil to keep them from drying out, but that’s standard bamboo care.After trying titanium (or what was marketed as titanium), this feels like a return to sanity. They’re functional, attractive, and easy on the knives. Sometimes the classics really are better.

Some fibers are broken but boards are holding up well
These boards have been holding up well. I don't let them sit in water as I don't think they would last long then. There are some short fibers that stick up a bit, but it isn't a lot and they have mostly worn off after repeated use and washing. They are quite easy to clean and the sizes are convenient. I'm trying to stop using plastic cutting boards, and these have been a good replacement.

My new favorite - especially the smallest one
What a wonderful treat to get 3 different sizes of cutting boards together. They have notches on the bottom to make them easier to pick up from the counter. I learned a long time ago that if you dampen a wooden cutting board before using it that is makes it more durable and helps it to last longer. I especially love the smallest of the three. It's the perfect size for all the little chopping I do while cooking. I would definitely recommend these (but don't let your husband see that you got these right after he bought you what he thought would be the perfect board for you).

3 sizes of bamboo cutting boards. Work great for chopping fruits and veggies for lunch or even trimming meat. Smooth design cleans up easily . Not recommended to put in the dishwasher. It causes damage and makes the boards come apart as it would most cutting boards.
