This paring knife is just gorgeous and is super sharp and lovely to handle!
Very high quality cleaver. Very sharp, handsome, with good weight.
This is the most aggressive bread knife I have ever held in my hands. This is what I was looking for, until I realized that it is very dangerous knife. It has sharp edges at both ends of the blade. Use responsibly, make sure your finger does not get under it, it is extremely sharp!
I bought two of these knives it won't let me write a review for the 8-in chef knife. I'll start with that. I really like the chef's knife, it is very sharp and attractive. It's very blade heavy but with a pinch grip it just feels really nice in your hand. The geometry is a bit extreme for practical use but it looks really cool on my magnet display. I take back a point because it's just decent and it does not have a Full Tang handle. I'm not sure how well it will hold up. I wouldn't use this as my primary only knife. I also purchased the Kiritsuke which I will give three stars. The reason why is because while I like the geometry and the looks, it is not as sharp and it just feels bad in your hand. However I'm going to keep it because it's a gorgeous knife but I can bring it out on special occasions to cut things like brisket because of its relatively mild curve. It also looks great magnet display. If I were to get a knife as a daily use knife I would not get either one of these. You get something like an entry level Shun for the same price that would run circles around either one of these as a performer. I also love the Shan Zu Gyo chef knife, which is amazing! But I like these knives because of the looks and sharpness, especially the chef's knife.
Great quality. Love it.
Great product and very easy to use
This knife cuts through food like it"s not even there. Watch your fingers!!
