High quality cutting board

This is my first time using a cutting board made with this type of material, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. The board is large, thick, sturdy, and has a very high-quality feel. This thing does not slide around, even if there’s water on the counter.I especially love the wheat-straw PP side — it’s smooth, easy to clean, and doesn’t show noticeable cut marks. I even looked up the material and learned that it's a plant-based, food-safe, and eco-friendly composite, which makes it an excellent alternative to traditional plastic boards. That made me feel even better about the purchase.The titanium side feels a little different from what I’m used to, but that’s probably because it’s my first time using a metal cutting board. It does leave some visible marks, but nothing deep, and from what I’ve read, that’s normal for metal boards and part of why they’re considered more hygienic for handling raw meat. For my family’s health, I guess I will use that side more often.Overall, I’m extremely happy with the product and it will definitely become my main cutting board going forward. Honestly, the wheat-straw PP side alone feels worth the price.

This cutting board has become my everyday favorite. It's solid, well-sized, and incredibly easy to clean. I especially love the two-sided design: the titanium side stays clean, odor-free, and I use it for raw meat prep or defrosting, while the wheat-straw PP side is perfect for veggies, fruit, or cooked food. Switching sides really helps keep my prep safer and more organized.I've seen people say that titanium cutting boards can dull knives easily, but I haven't experienced that so far. Knife marks are minimal on the titanium side and barely visible on the PP side. Compared to my old boards, this one feels much more hygienic and low-maintenance. Love it

I've used this for multiple things including cleaning fish. I do like the ease of use having 2 sides to pick from. I prefer the metal side when chopping and trimming food and the plastic side for cleaning fish because it is more slip resistant than the metal side. Both sides are smooth and have held up to any major scratching, but I don't believe anything is truly scratch proof. However, I am impressed so far that I really don't see any scratches yet. The cutting ability is fantastic with the handle making it easy to switch sides or remove it from your countertops. There are no harsh smells straight out of the package but the one thing I did not like was the rubber edges. These seem to want to hold water and other food juices. Could be a minor thing but I don't like grabbing the handle only to get my floor or my feet wet with whatever is lurking in that crevasse. Still I do like this over some of the other cutting boards I've used.

Great size and dual purpose

I really like this double-sided titanium cutting board. It provides on one side titanium finish and the other, a natural wheat straw material. Depending on what you want to cut will determine which side you will use. The titanium side is meant for raw meats, seafood, chopping and occasional use. The wheat straw side is for fruits and vegetables, breads, cheeses and daily prep. The 16x11 area is nice and large enough for my meal preparations, especially during the Thanksgiving holiday. This allowed me to prepare so much at the same time because of this space. The titanium side did show some scratches from my knives but not too bad. The edges allow this to remain in place and not move around the counter top. Easy to wash, especially by hand with mild soap. And the handle allows easy moving in the cupboards when you are done.
