I have arthritis that affects my hands making my ability to chop foods hard. I ordered this after seeing a clip on Facebook because it looked easy to use. It is a great tool for me. Shredded 1 cooked chicken breast at a time with ease. This tool is not heavy yet it does not slide. Just turn back and forth a few times and Voilá! Shredded chicken! It was easy to clean: just rinse and place in dishwasher.
I saw these meat shredders on Socials and decided to give them a try. I actually bought two different ones as I saw this large one after I had purchased a smaller model. We buy a lot of rotisserie chicken and like to shred it and then freeze it for use in enchiladas, soups, casseroles, etc. This shredder is pretty awesome! Not only does it shred the rotisserie chicken with ease, it's also easy to clean AND it's fun to use! This particular model is a little bit larger than the previous model I purchased, but both work great and clean easily. I like them so much I bought them as Christmas gifts this year for family and friends. I highly recommend this if you like to use shredded chicken. It states it also will shred other meats, but I cannot comment on that yet. I would think it would need to be tender cuts of meat in order to work well, but that is untested as of the writing of this review.
I am amazed at how well it works! My family eats a lot of chicken and my hands will cramp from cubing, cutting or shredding by hand. I was shocked at how easy it shreds! Its fast and easy to clean. LOVE IT!
Easy to use and clean. Does a great job shredding the meat. Fair price.
It takes alittle muscle to use. The video online shows something different. The woman on the video shreds with ease and the shredder doesn't move. The shredder does move while using it which makes it difficult to shred. It didn't stay in place. Other than that it works great.
Very cool, shredded pork and chicken very easily. The clean up can be a bit tedious if u don't do it right away. Make sure to immediately soak it in warm soapy water at least and then spray clean to get the bits of left over meat from the teeth.
I was so excited to use this when I got this delivery. It has saved me so much time when wanting to shred chicken. It is very easy to use, but can be a little difficult to clean. When used right it doesn’t cause any messiness on countertops. I believe it was a good value for money.
