Solid Knife Set, but a Bit Heavy and Not the Sharpest
This XYJ 9-piece kitchen knife set is a good value for everything included, but there are a couple things to note. The knives look great and feel sturdy, but they’re definitely on the heavier side — not a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind if you prefer lighter knives. They also aren’t as sharp as my higher-end knives, though they still get the job done for everyday cooking.The wooden block is nice and keeps everything organized, and I appreciate that the set comes with extras like the sharpening stick, scissors, gloves, and a cutting board. It’s a full package and works well for someone who wants a complete setup without spending a lot.Overall, even though the knives aren’t the sharpest and have a bit more weight, it’s still a solid, practical set for the price and works well for general kitchen use.
