Absolutely love this pot. If and when the twine wrapping unravels, it’s easy enough to replace and redo it. A little younger in cheek in that the promo taught that it can add fe to your diet. But the inside is porcelains; which I really appreciate.

ProsThis is a great tea pot; cast iron holds heat well. Large capacity is nice, also has a larger opening on the top which makes it easier to clean.ConsAlthough it does not affect the performance of the Tea pot, the Twine on the handle came apart in about 2 days. Ended up cutting it off, that could have been done a little better. (Hince the 4 stars)All in All, I would recommend this product.

40 oz.

If you want exactly 40 oz. of tea you should order a larger kettle, maybe 44 oz. or more. This kettle is 40 oz. however it leaves no room for boiling as it would boil over. So the 40 oz is to the rim. However this is a very sturdy and cute little pot with the infuser basket. I'm sure it will last a long time following the manufacturer's care instructions. I'm very please with my purchase.
