Very High Quality on Par with Name Brands
I was a little hesitant to get this because I had never heard of the brand. But it arrived and the high quality was very apparent. It is rugged and keeps temperatures very well. The spigot is well made and easy to use. The handle is convenient and the material so tough, I can imagine you could run it over with a car and it would be fine. It definitely rivals name brand and is really great for commercial settings. My one complaint is the brown color is very ugly, but I am assuming it is to fit with a "coffee" motiff. I wouldn't remove a star for that, but more colors would be nice. Keep in mind, this a large container, so it may not be a good fit for a small kitchen. This is definitely for a large crowd.

Works Really Well
Wanting something for straight-up hot water, I selected this dispenser for my on-the-go needs. I tested it out with water that I heated to 195°. An hour later, I dispensed 8 ounces of water into a mug. It was 165°. I was worried it would drop 30° per hour, but it didn't! After 4.5 hours, the dispensed water was 145°, hot enough for cocoa to fully dissolve and be immediately ready to drink. After 6.75 hours, it was 135°. After 8.5 hours, it was 127°. The next day, after it had been sitting for nearly 22 hours, it was 91°, so not warm, but also not cold. Compared to what the sales images show, my unit underperformed, however, I am satisfied with it for my needs. If I were selling hot beverages or needed the hot water to sell rehydrated hot foods, that would be different.I didn't test how long it took for cold water to warm up as that wasn't important to me. However, I did verify that it really did hold 2.5 gallons, although it looks small when you remove the top. Speaking of the top, I did find it concerning that it bowed when I secured it after adding the hot water. I didn't transport it full, so I'm not sure how that's going to work when I do, but it didn't leak when I moved it around in my kitchen.The spout worked well and didn't leak. There's a vent for the top for airflow. The serving well is deep enough that you can get a normal 8-ounce cup or mug under it. The handles are perfect for moving it around. This is going to work well for instant potatoes, instant oatmeal, and hot beverages at races.

An Excellent 2.5 Gallon Fully Insulated Beverage Dispenser!
For those of you that are planning on entertaining during the holidays, birthdays, halloween, ETC I highly recommend this 2.5 gallon fully insulated beverage dispenser with spigot!First of all I absolutely love the size and the fact that it is made of a safe plastic which does not contain any harmful chemicals! In addition this is a fully insulated beverage dispenser so you can tell that the material is very thick along the sides to keep your hot beverages hot and your cold beverage is cold! I also love the fact that it contains a spigot which is very durable and I've seen this used hundreds of times for many events in the past so I know it's a good quality spigot and they also provide you with a pressure release valve on the top in case there's an internal pressure which makes it difficult to remove the lid!Speaking of the lid there is a very nice airtight water seal that goes around the opening where the lid would attach to the beverage dispenser! In addition, there are also two large heavy duty plastic latches which keep the lid firmly attached to the beverage dispenser!I definitely plan on using this for my holiday parties this year especially for my awesome eggnog! I know that this beverage dispenser will keep everything nice and cool throughout the entire party! For a test I did add ice water to this unit to see how long it would last and I have to say after 6 hours of use the water was still very very cold and everything flowed smoothly through the attached spigot!I also wanted to point out that this is a very rugged beverage dispenser! I feel like the plastic that they used is high density and very good quality and I also think it's at a fantastic price on Amazon which makes this a very cost-effective and excellent Buy!Therefore based on my review I am rating this product five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great for family outings & get togethers. Would probably be good for a restaurant too.
We have a lot of family get togethers & this 2.5 gallon insulated dispenser has been a huge part of those ever since we got it. We were all raised on momma's sweet iced tea, so collectively we drink 4 or 5 gallons every time we meet & we usually try to meet once a month & at holidays especially. I usually fill this didpenser with ice & then fill it with cold tea. About the 3rd gallon I will refill the ice again & tea. That usually gets us through the event, but I always have more ice & an extra gallon ot 2 of tea just in case we go late or something. This dispenser works really well at keeping the ice & tea cold for everyone. I may buy at least 1 more as the little ones grow up & we need more capacity. Over all a good quality system that my whole family depends on. It is a good party size without being too heavy, has plenty of capacity, was a great value & has been durable & leak free. I highly recommend it!
