Convenient non-stick

I didn’t know how great parchment paper is, until I got these and began using it regularly. My family uses foil, and I’ll never go back. These are convenient, although as another reviewer said, a little off the sizing of half sized baking sheet. I also didn’t realize it had “silicone oil” on it, which is the 4/5, with a roll of parchment paper I haven’t noticed oil “soaking” the parchment paper like it seems to with these sheets so I’m not sure what that is.

Works Exactly as Expected and Perfect Size

These parchment paper sheets work exactly as they’re supposed to. Nearly perfect Precut Parchment Paper Baking Sheets, not sure about safety of silicone coating

Overall, I would say these Precut Parchment Paper Baking Sheets are nearly perfect; however, they could be ½-inch longer — at 12x16-inches they were slightly shorter than my “half size rimmed baking sheet pans” and a bit smaller than my flat cookie sheet pans. I wished it was third party tested for the quality of the “silicone oil” coating used to be sure it does not contain any PFAS.PROS- Quality parchment paper - perfectly cut and nicely packaged.- The precut flat sheets lay perfectly flat on the baking sheets without any rolling whatsoever.CONS- I wished they were ½-inch longer since at 12x16-inches they were slightly shorter than my quarter size rimmed baking sheet pans and a bit smaller than my flat cookie sheet pans.- Note - in their description on Amazon, I believe they incorrectly state that “Our pre-cut 12x16 parchment paper sheets are designed to fit standard quarter sheet baking pans perfectly,” however, I believe they meant “half size” not “quarter size” since the “half size” baking sheet pan standard is 18x13-inches while a “quarter size” pan standard is 13x9-inches.- “Food grade silicone oil” coating - there’s no way to know what quality of “silicone oil” is used and whether or not it contains PFAS or other chemicals. My search on “silicone oil coating on parchment paper” stated that “the silicone oil coating on parchment paper is generally considered safe for cooking as it's food-grade, inert, and FDA-approved for high temperatures, preventing food from sticking without leaching harmful chemicals into your food when used correctly. While some sources note concerns about trace siloxane release at very high heat or potential PFAS in some (often cheaper/unlabeled) versions, reputable brands are usually free of PFAS, and proper use within temperature guidelines ensures safety, making it a reliable kitchen staple for baking and roasting.“

Large Sheets Fit My Baking Pans Perfectly, Good Price

I've been using parchment paper on a roll, but always wished I had something a bit more convenient since I always seem to cut my roll paper a bit too short or a bit too long. These sheets fit my baking pans perfectly and all I have to do is pull one out of the package. No tearing, no wondering if it's going to be the right size, no messing with long rolls and sharp-edged cutters. These sheets make it as easy as grabbing a tissue to place a parchment sheet on your pan. They function as well as any brand-name parchment paper and are priced very reasonably. They come in a flat and sturdy cardboard box that keeps unused sheets perfectly flat until you're ready to use them. I cannot recommend these highly enough!
