Japanese saucepans are my favorite, they're versatile for everything. Tip for those used to non-stick coatings: simply rinse the hot pan under hot water right after the food is out, perhaps a swish with a brush. Disappointed! Thin Pot and Poor Pour Design
Thin pot and poor design. 🫤 I really wanted to like this pot, but the quality just is not there. The metal is very thin which makes it feel flimsy. The pour spout is also poorly designed. Instead of controlling the flow, water spills and runs down the side of the pot every time I pour. It is messy and frustrating to use. Definitely not worth purchasing.
