I LOVE MY NEW 20" SKILLET

I LOVE MY NEW CAST IRON SKILLET. I REALLY LOVE THE FLAVOR A CAST IRON SKILLET GIVES TO MY FOOD. I BOUGHT THE 20" SIZE AND IT FITS PERFECTLY INSIDE MY OVEN. THE SKILLET IS BIG ENOUGH TO COOK 4 LARGE BUTTERFLY CHICKENS OR A LARGE PIZZA. WHEN I USE THE SKILLET ON TOP OF MY STOVE, IT TAKES ONE ENTIRE SIDE, SO I TURN ON BOTH EYES(THE FRONT AND REAR EYE). I CAN COOK A LOT OF FOOD AT ONE TIME, EITHER FOR A LARGE FAMILY, A COOKOUT, OR FOR MEAL PREP. WHEN THE SKILLET ARRIVED, I SEASONED IT MORE, BECAUSE IT WASN'T SEASONED ENOUGH FOR MY LIKING. I SEASONED THE SKILLET WITH A SMALL DRIZZLE OF AVOCADO OIL AND I PLACED IT INTO MY OVEN AT 300 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. I KEPT DOING IT UNTIL SEASONED TO MY LIKING. A NICE SKILLET WHICH WILL BE PASSED DOWN IN GENERATIONS.
