Finally, the perfect cup!
I’ve bought several different types of cups over the years and finally found the perfect one. I especially like this CERAMIC interior over stainless steel which stays cold all day, the pretty ombre exterior, THE HANDLE!, and the LEAK-PROOF LID for when I add a favor packet pack and need to shake it up.It doesn’t leak when I carry it in my bag or car, and you can just slide the little cover back to take a sip (another option I was searching for).I was mainly looking for a cleaner option that didn’t have a stainless steel interior, and this cup checks all the boxes!I think I’ll order another one!

Frequently returned?? Come on!
I've been using this Zukro 24-oz tumbler as my everyday coffee travel mug for about...3 weeks or so now. My first impression upon opening the box was that this is a well built, quality product. I still feel that way. I don't understand why Amazon has it listed as a "frequently returned item". What else do people want?Ok, I do have a couple of small nitpicky things, but not even enough to knock off a star. First, I wish there was a bigger selection of colors (especially for us guys.) My choices came down to black or navy. I went with black. And it's very nice. The plastic is a smooth, matte finish...and feels premium, not cheap. I just wish they had something in a green, like forest or olive, even. Oh well. The other thing is the handle. If the opening was just a tiny bit bigger, all four fingers would fit. As it is, my pinky finger has to 'ride' under the handle. Again, not a huge deal.Like I said at the beginning, this mug appears to be very well built. You get two lids (I only use this with coffee, but prefer the 'straw' lid with center hole, as the coffee flows out better, I think) a stainless steel straw (sorry, haven't used, but it looks nice) and two silicone tips for the straw. It's made of stainless steel, with an inner coating of ceramic. Keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours. No complaints at all. 5-6 hours later, coffee still plenty warm. 👍☕ I like that stainless steel band at the top, too.One other thing, the mug wobbled just a bit in my cupholder of my old Ford Escape. So I bought a cheap wrist brace (~3 bucks) at walmart to put around the bottom. Slides right in now, like a hand in a glove. Whatever works, right? 😄Sorry, I have a tendency to ramble... but I've been impressed with the quality of this travel mug. Super easy to clean, leak proof (with that slider lid) and keeps my coffee nice and hot, while it stays cool to the touch on the outside. I think it's well worth the 20 bucks. I'd buy another--especially if they come out with a green one. 😉

Best coffee cup!
I can't believe how awesome this cup is. It keeps my coffee piping hot for the 3-4 hours it takes me to sip at work, and it fits into standard car cup holders with no problems. The only drawback is that the slide lid is a little difficult to clean, but I've been dealing with travel cup lids for years, so that's not a dealbreaker. Otherwise, this is the perfect travel cup! It's got a small profile, but it holds 24 ounces with a decent amount of room for cream and/or traffic-related sloshing. The lid is is the most secure I've ever seen. And the lids! The cup comes with two lids: one with a slider for sipping, and one with a flip-top and a straw hole. I've only used the cup for hot coffee, so I haven't used the straw, but I love that the metal straw comes with two silicone sipping sleeves. Now we come to the main reason I chose this cup: the interior ceramic coating. My water bottle is stainless steel, because somehow the metal doesn't bother me with cold water, but I absolutely cannot stand the taste of a hot beverage from a metal vessel. I'm trying to get away from plastic tumblers, so I was THRILLED when I saw metal tumblers with ceramic coating on the market. There is NO METAL AFTERTASTE. The price is also reasonable. I got it on a Black Friday deal, but I'm gladly paying full price for a second one. If you're on the fence, just get it.

I LIKE
I really like this cup. It’s pretty and contents stay cold, ice even lasts overnight. Hot liquid stays hot enough. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the hard to reach areas of the lid are a bit difficult to get clean.

Not spill proof, hard to clean
The mug part is great, keep drinks hot a long time and is ceramic, which is nice. Dishwasher safe. Now let's talk about the lids... one in particular, with the sliding opening for drinking, cannot be cleaned. If it comes apart to clean I can't figure it out, because the sliding part gets coffee underneath it and won't even come out in the dishwasher (and I have a great dishwasher, less than a couple years old). I can't slide anything underneath the little door to clean it out, can't even squeeze a straw cleaner in there. I'm a little OCD about things, but that little drop of coffee dried up under there is going to kill me. I don't even want to use this thing anymore. If you have issues with leftover dried coffee on the lid where you drink from, this will not be the mug for you. I am going to keep looking for one I can actually keep clean. Oh and when it's closed, the pressure from the heat will build up and the lid will pop off randomly, making it not spill proof at all or even spill safe.

I Love this Cup!
Love this cup! No funny tastes. I don't use a straw so I'm happy it has a sip lid also.
