I have had this for a while now and this is a very good quality, heavy weight product. I’m extremely happy with this product, it works wonderfully. My family purchases blocks of cheese and this thing keeps up , it can with an extra wire and I haven’t had to swap it out yet.
It is very strong and well made. What is a real bonus with the Zulu’s cheese slicer is that it is adjustable and as an additional bonus, they provide two replacement cutting wires!WIN WIN!
Easy to use. Wire nice good quality. My issue is the adjustable ends are hard to get even. It is well made and should last forever. It is quite pretty. I wish it was marked for a few sizes can’t have everything. Love it.
I love this wire cheese cutter. I bought several and gave them to my family. They use them a lot as well. It comes with at least one extra wire but none of us have had to change it out. It is easy to replace it if you need to. It’s easy to clean if you clean it up right after you use it. It’s adjustable and it’s all stainless steel. It’s not good for really hard cheese so, be careful not to use it on hard cheese.
Great build with a lot of customization for slice thickness. Very appreciative that a spare wire is provided along with the slicer. It's of solid build, and should last a long time. To date the slices have been executed flawlessly and with ease.
While it worked great for over a year, until the wire broke and I found it almost impossible to replace the wire that came with it. After fighting and trying to figure it out, I did see someone's review suggesting how it could be replaced. I eventually was able to get one of the replacement wires to attach. Hopefully, it may last another year and a half. Then I will probably buy a new one and not mess with the wire replacement.
