FINALLY! A silicone pastry brush worth buying!

Ok, it’s a pastry brush. Not a big deal, right? Well, after natural bristle brushes that drop hairs into the food and never get fully clean after washing, I switched to silicone. This is the ONLY one I’ve found that not only has fine, soft “bristles”, but has an abundance of them. Others I’ve tried with fine, soft bristles were skimpy. This one has a nice full “head” of soft, fine “hairs” that will deposit butter, egg, whatever on pastry far more delicately than the majority of silicone brushes. Be aware that this is a SMALL PASTRY BRUSH, not a large basting brush for things like a roast or for use at the grill. I’m going to buy a second one. With proper care, these will outlast me.

Superb and much needed for the bbq ribs menu

Zyliss is such a good quality for all these type of utensils. I started out with a can opener 4 years ago and it still is in like new condition after been used every day. I was hoping to find one of these brushes a long time ago but didnt like store options and kept forgetting it only to get reminded when it was time to use the bbq sauce at my friends get together bbq meetings. Now its so easy all the prep and I can be done in a couple of minutes with over 10 pounds of ribs.
